Besides the State Public Service Commission , the High Court has to be consulted in the matter of such appointments -LRB- article 234 -RRB- . ऐसी नियुक्तियों के मामले में राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के अलावा उच्च न्यायालय से भी सलाह लेनी होगी ( अनुच्छेद 234 ) .

The Governor appoints the Advocate-General of the State , the Chairman and members of the State Public Service Commission and the judges of subordinate courts -LRB- articles 165 , 316 , 283 and 284 -RRB- . राज्य के महाधिवक्ता की , राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यों की एवं अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों के न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति राज्यपाल करता है ( अनुच्छेद 165 , 316 , 283 तथा 284 ) .

The President causes to be laid , every year , before the Parliament , the Budget of the government , referred to in the Constitution as the “ Annual Financial Statement ” , and certain other reports of constitutional functionaries like the Comptroller and Auditor-General of India , Finance Commission , Union Public Service Commission , Special Officer for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes Commission . राष्ट्रपति प्रत्येक वर्ष सरकार का बजट , जिसे संविधान में ? वार्षिक वित्तीय विवरण ? कहा गया है , और भारत के नियंत्रक-महालेखापरीक्षक , वित्त आयोग , संघ लोक सेवा आयोग , अनुसूचित जातियों तथा अनुसूचित जनजातियों के लिए विशेष अधिकारी तथा पिछड़े वर्ग आयोग जैसे संवैधानिक प्राधिकरणों के कुछ अन्य प्रतिवेदन संसद के समक्ष रखवाता है .
